When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime if you rent a unit from our website, or you can rent a unit by contacting our office during normal business hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require an identification number from a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to help identify you if you need our assistance.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?

You can sign-up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card monthly, make a payment through our website, or mail a check or money order. For in-person payments, please contact the office to make an appointment.

When are payments due?

Your move-in month’s rent is pro-rated and future payments are due the first of each month. Move-out rent is not pro-rated; if you are in your unit on the first of the month, you pay the entire month’s rent.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

No, but we do sell locks in our office. Please call ahead to make an appointment.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator or Size Guide on our website or call our staff for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, motorized vehicles of any kind, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing, you will be given your own security passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

No, you will need to bring your own handcart or dollie.

Do you require insurance?

Yes, we have partnered with Bader Insurance to offer various coverage options when you rent a unit. You also may be able to get coverage through your homeowners or renters policy; if you choose this option, please contact your insurance carrier to ensure you have coverage.

Do you accept reservations?

No, but if we have no units available you can join a waitlist from the locations rental page.

Do I need to supply my own lock?

Yes, you need to supply your own Disc lock.
